Cross-platform/Web
- 2Prowl sends notifications straight from Safari on Mac or Windows.
- Prowl the Chrome Extension sends notifications straight from Google Chrome.
- Send2Prowl blasts from Firefox to Prowl, whichever operating system you use.
- Prowlmail is the official service to forward emails as a push notification.
- iOS releases alerted via a Prowl notification when they occur, with links to download the firmware files.
Mac
- Growl with the official plugin.

- Prowlmenu sits in your menu bar, allowing you to easily send your clipboard.
Windows
- Growl for Windows allows you to forward all of your Growl events.

These are more advanced uses of the Prowl API which require some command-line experience.- FindTheProblems monitors your website and alerts you if anything goes awry.
- Autonote alerts you when delivery status changes happen, and a number of other things.
- The Drupal Prowl module uses ProwlPHP to send notifications from Drupal.
- ejabberd module allows you to proxy messages on events.
